About the Role:

Staff Finders is currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives for a client in the HU7 area. This full-time, night shift role offers a 4 on, 4 off schedule and involves working in the chicken production industry. You will play an essential role in ensuring the production process runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow strict health and safety procedures to ensure food safety standards are met.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
• Ensure the production area remains clean and well-organized.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food production or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work night shifts with a 4 on, 4 off rotation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
