£13.73 per hour + £1 night rate Full Time

Job Description:
As a Process Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production processes within a leading poultry facility. You will be responsible for overseeing production lines, maintaining quality standards, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a consistent and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Perform quality assurance checks and address any discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the production area
• Report and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in food production and/or quality assurance
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food production
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
