About the Role:
Staff Finders are recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a dynamic team at a leading Meat Production Factory. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR activities across the business, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
• Support recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding for new employees.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with all employment law requirements and internal policies.
• Manage performance management processes and employee reviews.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives.

Key Requirements:

• CIPD Level 5 or above (essential).
• Proven HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
