Staff Finders are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client in the HU7 area at a Meat Factory. This is a full-time position with great shift patterns of 4 on, 4 off.

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 5am - 5pm
• Night Shift: 5pm - 5am

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) for material handling.
• Receiving dry and raw materials and ensuring correct storage.
• Accurately checking stock levels, assisting with stock takes and maintaining inventory.
• Loading and unloading of goods, ensuring products are stored in the correct location.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
• Ensuring products are handled safely in line with food safety regulations.
• General warehouse duties including moving goods, maintaining accurate paperwork, and assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Valid Counterbalance FLT license (essential).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in stock management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Flexibility with shift patterns and willingness to work both days and nights.
