HR Advisor – Level 5 CIPD (Working Towards Level 7)
We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a dynamic business and manage the overall HR function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a Level 5 CIPD qualification and currently working towards Level 7.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support managers on complex HR cases (discipline, grievance, investigations, etc.)
- Lead consultations on contractual changes, redundancy, TUPE, etc.
- Implement and update the company handbook, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with current legislation and employment law
- Support managers with sickness absence and liaise with occupational health
- Advise on performance management and coach staff at all levels
- Implement and manage HR and clocking machine systems
- Oversee annual appraisals, salary reviews, and bonus schemes
- Conduct exit interviews and manage employee benefits, including healthcare
- Represent HR at site forums and address any HR-related issues
- Conduct drugs and alcohol testing and other HR duties as required
This is a full-time Monday to Friday role with a competitive salary based on experience.
